Qaizar Hussain established and heads the firm’s Pune office.  He possesses extensive expertise in a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters and a unique skill set and knowledge base that enables him to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients in various industries.  Qaizar provides legal counsel on various aspects of doing business in India, including entry strategy, governance, restructuring, foreign investment, and regulatory compliance.  He is also a qualified company secretary, which helps him better support the reporting requirements of clients through the complex maze of Indian corporate compliance.

Qaizar supports the firm’s clients across multiple sectors, assisting them with investments in India through establishing wholly owned subsidiaries, branch and liaison offices, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
